Order Placement
Express Logistics offers two different methods for placing orders; a resale interface or a sales web.
Via the resale interface the store can login and place orders themselves. The interface is similar to a web-shop with pictures, prices and shopping basket.
TelecomX sales web has been adapted for the sales team in the company. As TelecomX have convinced 60% of their customer stores to place their orders themselves via this system, they have reduced the size of the sales team in Sweden from six to three. Through the partner programme, the company’s management can find the reports they need in order to carry through the sale.
