Outgoing delivery
When a customer order is registered it is placed in a queue according to “fifo” to be acknowledged and delivered. Depending on the type and content of an order it is sent via the most suitable delivery method.
The type of freight and method of delivery used is agreed between TelecomX and Express Logistics. TelecomX is therefore aware of the costs for each type of order including both freight and handling.
When the delivery is acknowledged an e-mail containing the delivery confirmation and package number is sent to the receiver. The receiver can track the delivery throughout the entire process.
