Returns
Return labels are created by Express Logistics and delivered to the customer. We examine returned items when they arrive at the warehouse. Missing components are complemented and damaged parts are exchanged. The equipment is then repacked and added to the shelf as a sellable item. Any defective equipment is sent to the satellite company’s service partner.
