1. Introduction
Express Logistics offer services that can improve your goods handling. As a customer, you create a requirements specification according to your needs. Based on this information we make you an offer. Once both parties are satisfied, an agreement is signed.

2. Initiation
We initiate the partnership by developing a plan of action for future cooperation. We will tailor e.g. software to suit your needs, or develop a plan of action for handling your stock etc. Before achieving production readiness all solutions are tested and verified.

3. Production
Once production is underway you will receive daily reports.

4. Follow-up
After a certain period of time we evaluate the partnership. An evaluation meeting is organised and we analyse whether the goals of the operation and profitability have been attained.
